Start the walk
Just before you set off, make sure your speakers are turned on. You will be able to choose where you want to go and how long you want to stay. And if it looks like it might rain, then you'd better put your boots on...
Technical bits and bobs
To view the Virtual Farm Walk online you will need the free Adobe Shockwave player. You can find out more about it from the Shockwave support page.
Also, you'll need a broadband internet connection as some parts of the walk are quite big to download. If you don't have broadband, you will still be able to find out plenty of information about farms and farming from the rest of the site.
If you are unable to install Shockwave, or would prefer not to, then you can still view the Virtual Farm Walk off line (see below).
In addition to viewing the farm walk on line, you can also download a package (approx 33mb) to install it on your computer. This free file is available from the LEAF website.
